P&H: Land Acquisition upholds Rs 4.5 Lakh/Acre Market Value, Grants 30% Severance Damages For Land Split By Drain Project
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has upheld the Reference Court’s determination of market value at Rs 4,50,000 per acre for land acquired to construct the Sherewala Link Drain in District Sri Muktsar Sahib, while granting 30% severance damages to landowners whose holdings were bifurcated by the project.
