P&H: Grants Bail In 80g Heroin Case; Custody of 4 Months and 25 days; Says Section 37 NDPS Not Attracted
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted regular bail in an NDPS case from Jalandhar, noting that the alleged recovery of 80 grams of heroin falls within non‑commercial quantity and the stringent bar under Section 37 of the NDPS Act does not apply.
