P&H: Bail To NDPS Accused After Over Two Years In Custody; Says Delay Can Override Section 37 Embargo

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted regular bail accused under Section 22 of the NDPS Act and Section 25 of the Arms Act, noting his prolonged incarceration and slow progress of trial. 

According to the FIR, the petitioner was apprehended and allegedly found with 150 Etizolam tablets and three live cartridges. Investigation is complete.
