P&H: Upholds PLA Award In Life Insurance Dispute; Says Writ Interference Lies Only For Jurisdictional Or Procedural Errors

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed a writ petition filed by Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company challenging a Permanent Lok Adalat (PLA) award that allowed widow’s claim under a life insurance policy.
