P&H: Direction to University to release Academic documents, as petitioner had completed internship; leaves fee recovery to University.
High Court has directed a university to immediately release all academic documents, including the degree, of a student who had completed his internship.
The petition was filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution, seeking directions to the university to issue a no dues certificate, NOC, internship completion certificate, and other documents needed for registration and employment. He relied on an earlier order of the High Court passed in his favour.
