P&H: Grants Bail to Woman Accused in NDPS Case on Parity With Co-Accused

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted regular bail who was facing trial in a narcotics.

According to the prosecution, the petitioner and a co-accused were intercepted by police while travelling on a motorcycle. A search allegedly led to the recovery of tramadol hydrochloride tablets and pregabalin capsules. The police said the accused could not produce any licence or authority for possession of the substances.
