P&H: Grants Anticipatory Bail to Man Accused of Ramming Car Into Police Constable’s Motorcycle

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted anticipatory bail to Anmol, who was accused of driving a Swift car into a police constable’s motorcycle and causing injuries during an incident in Assandh, Karnal.

According to the FIR, the complainant, Constable Amitabh, said he was on security duty when a group of men arrived in a white Swift car and allegedly challenged him before deliberately ramming the motorcycle he was sitting on. The FIR claimed that the car was then driven back at him again, causing further impact and injuries.
