P&H: Live-in-Relationship LGBTQ - Directs police to consider protection plea of two Adult Women living together
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has directed the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, to consider a representation seeking protection for two adult women who said they were living together in a live-in relationship and were facing threat from their family members.
The petition was filed under Article 226 of the Constitution by Usha Rani and another petitioner.
