P&H: Enhances Motor Accident Compensation by Rs 6.86 Lakh, Raises Interest to 9%
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has enhanced the compensation payable to the family of a man who died in a motor accident, holding that the Tribunal had fixed his income too low and had not properly accounted for future prospects and other heads of compensation.
