P&H: Grants pre-arrest bail in assault case
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted pre-arrest bail to Satyawan alias Satywan and his son Sunil in a case arising out of an FIR registered at Sadar Sonipat, District Sonipat, under several provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
