High Court has granted regular bail in an NDPS case .

According to the prosecution, the petitioner was intercepted by police while riding a motorcycle. The police claimed that he tried to turn back on seeing the patrol party and was carrying a black plastic bag on the fuel tank of the motorcycle. On checking the bag, the police allegedly found ganja.
