High Court has refused anticipatory bail in a case involving recovery of 157.05 grams of charas from a parcel booked through DTDC Express.

Justice noted that the petitioner did not dispute that he had booked the parcel and had also paid ₹2,000 towards booking charges through his mobile number via Paytm to the DTDC owner in Mohali.
