The Punjab and Haryana High Court has partly allowed a petition filed by Gagandeep Jindal in a case arising out of an FIR alleging misappropriation of paddy stocks by a rice mill. The Court interfered only with the trial court’s order rejecting one of the accused’s applications and directed reconsideration, while refusing to disturb the dismissal of the other two applications.
