P&H: Quashes HPSC’s Use of Ex-Servicemen Preference at Preliminary Stage in HCS Recruitment

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that the Haryana Public Service Commission could not apply the Ex-servicemen preference rules at the preliminary shortlisting stage of the HCS recruitment when the advertisement clearly said that such benefit would apply only at the final selection stage.
