P&H: Grants Anticipatory Bail in Property Dispute Case, Says Failure to Answer Investigating Agency’s Questions Is Not Non-Cooperation

Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted anticipatory bail to accused in a case arising out of a property dispute in Faridabad, observing that the matter was essentially civil in nature and that the petitioner had already joined the investigation.

While accused seeking anticipatory bail in an FIR registered under several provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
