P&H: Grants Bail to Accused in Murder Conspiracy Case

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted regular bail to Ishant, who was accused in a murder-cum-robbery case from Yamuna Nagar. The Court said that the petitioner was not shown to be one of the assailants and that the case against him was based mainly on disclosure statements of co-accused and circumstantial inference.
