P&H: Vendor transferred property before stipulated date and plaintiff suit failed on issued of readiness and willingness, Upholds Recovery of Rs.4.5 Lakh Earnest Money in Property Deal Dispute
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed a regular second appeal filed by the legal heirs of a deceased seller in a property dispute arising out of an agreement to sell. The court upheld the lower appellate court’s decision granting the buyer recovery of Rs.4.5 lakh as earnest money with 9% interest.
