P&H: Grants Bail in Group Violence Murder Case, Cites Long Custody of More than 2 Years and Lack of Specific Role

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted regular bail to Ashok Kumar in a murder case, observing that no specific overt act had been attributed to him and that his continued custody for over two years could not be justified when the trial was moving slowly.
