P&H: Grants Regular Bail to Young Student in Hospital Assault Case
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted regular bail to a young student accused in a violent assault case arising out of an alleged attack on a complainant at a house and later inside a civil hospital.
The petition was filed by Armanpreet under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking bail in an FIR registered under several provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and the Punjab Protection of Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service Institutions Act, 2008.
