P&H: Quashes Abetment Case Against Two Accused in Family Suicide Matter

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has quashed an FIR registered under Section 306 of the IPC against two accused persons in a case arising out of the suicide of a man, his wife and their two children. The Court found that the allegations, even if accepted at face value, did not show the essential ingredients of abetment of suicide.
