P&H: Enhances Compensation in Tyre Burst Accident Death Case, Applies Section 164 Retrospectively
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has enhanced compensation in a long-pending motor accident claim arising out of the death of Roshan Lal, holding that the claimants were entitled to the benefit of Section 164 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, as amended in 2019.
