The Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed a writ petition filed by Dr. Munish Malik challenging the cancellation of his Scheduled Caste certificates, holding that the petition was not maintainable because he had earlier filed and withdrawn a civil suit on the same cause of action without disclosing it to the Court.
