P&H: Rejects Bail Plea of Woman Booked in NDPS Case Involving Commercial Quantity of 12 Bottles Cough Syrup
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has refused regular bail to Rekha Rani, who was booked under the NDPS Act in connection with the recovery of 12 bottles of intoxicating syrup containing Triprolidine Hydrochloride and Codeine Phosphate.
According to the prosecution, police received secret information on May 24, 2025 that Rekha Rani, allegedly earlier involved in heroin trade, was selling intoxicant bottles near Dhadogal Kheri.
