P&H: Grants Bail in 907 Gram Heroin Case, Custody of more than 1 year, none of 22 prosecution witness has been examined
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted regular bail to Jaspreet Singh @ Jass in an NDPS case involving an alleged recovery of 907 grams of heroin. Justice Sumeet Goel said the petitioner had already spent over a year in custody and the trial had not moved forward, with none of the 22 prosecution witnesses examined so far.
