P&H: Grants regular bail in abetment to suicide, says mere naming in FIR but lacks specific role against accused
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted regular bail to Jatinder Singh alias Ghungru in a case registered under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for alleged abetment to suicide. Justice Virinder Aggarwal said the FIR did not disclose any specific act of instigation, intentional aid or proximate abetment against the petitioner.
