P&H: Motor Accident Case Court Reduces jail to already undergone in 21 year old rash driving case
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has upheld the conviction of Hans Raj for offences under Sections 279 and 186 of the Indian Penal Code, but reduced his jail sentence to the period already undergone, taking note of the long delay in the case and his clean record.
