P&H: Grants Bail to Bank Field Officer Accused of Misusing Loan Accounts, Cites Long Custody and Slow Trial
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted regular bail to Mohar Singh alias Moharu, who was accused of misusing his position as a field officer to fraudulently obtain loan amounts in the names of women borrowers.
