The Punjab and Haryana High Court has made absolute the interim anticipatory bail granted to Ram Kumar Jha in a case arising out of FIR No. 134 dated 27 February 2025 registered at Police Station Chandni Bagh, Panipat. The case involved allegations under Sections 420, 406, 408 and 120-B of the IPC, along with provisions of the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019 and the Haryana Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act, 2013.
