The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted regular bail to Naveen Kumar alias Naveen Yadav in a case involving allegations of embezzlement of about Rs 12 crores and offences under the IPC and the Prevention of Corruption Act.

The petitioner had sought bail under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
