P&H: Rejects Anticipatory Bail in NDPS Case, Cites Secret Information, Vehicle Link and Criminal Antecedents.
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has refused anticipatory bail to Rajpal Singh alias Vicky in a narcotics case, holding that the facts and circumstances of the case, along with his criminal antecedents, justified custodial interrogation.
The petition was filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 in connection with FIR No. 19 dated 18 January 2026, registered under Sections 21, 61 and 85 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur.
