P&H: Grants Bail in Murder Case, Cites Custody of about 11 months, investigation complete, nothing remained to be recovered from possession and Right to Speedy Trial
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted bail to Faiz @Faijan in a case arising out of an FIR registered at Police Station City Ferozepur Jhirka, District Mewat, in which offences under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 were invoked, including murder after the death of one of the injured persons.
