The Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed a pre-arrest bail plea filed by Mufeed in a case involving alleged recovery of cow meat and camel meat. Justice Surya Partap Singh said the petitioner was not entitled to the extraordinary relief of anticipatory bail, especially when the investigation was still at an early stage.
