P&H: Grants Anticipatory Bail to Man Summoned as Additional Accused in Abetment to Suicide Case
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted anticipatory bail to Gurdarshan Lal in a case arising out of an FIR registered under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.
