The Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed the second bail petition of Satish Kumar alias Sunny in a case under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, arising out of FIR registered at Police Station Bilga, Jalandhar.

The prosecution case was that the petitioner was apprehended during patrolling on suspicion and 100 grams of intoxicating powder, identified as Alprazolam, was recovered from his possession. The police said the necessary seizure, sealing, FIR registration and arrest formalities were completed.
