P&H: Reduces sentence in truck attack case, cites 20 year long trial and substantive sentence already undergone
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has reduced the jail sentence of Hoshiar Singh, who had been convicted under Sections 307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code for driving a truck towards police personnel and causing a fatal accident during a chase.
