The Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed a petition seeking quashing of an FIR registered in Gurugram over allegations of house trespass, assault, threats and snatching. Justice Vikram Aggarwal said the court could not go into the merits of the dispute at the stage of quashing and that the allegations disclosed cognizable offences.
