P&H: Rejects Pre-Arrest Bail Plea in Jewellery Misappropriation Case, Cites Need for Custodial Interrogation
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has refused anticipatory bail to Gagandeep Singh in a case involving alleged misappropriation of ancestral gold jewellery. Justice Surya Partap Singh said the petition did not merit relief in view of the facts and circumstances of the case.
