P&H: Rejects Pre-Arrest Bail Plea in Murder Case, Cites Specific Allegations and Need for Custodial Interrogation
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed a pre-arrest bail petition filed by Surjit Singh in a case arising out of an FIR registered at Sirhali police station in Tarn Taran district.
