P&H: Grants Bail to Accused in Attempt to murder case, as he has already in custody for 6 months and 4 days.
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted regular bail to Gurpreet Singh alias Gora, who was booked in a Gurdaspur case under several provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and the Arms Act, 1959.
According to the prosecution version noted by the Court, the case arose out of a late-night incident on November 27, 2025, when several persons allegedly entered the complainant’s house, damaged vehicles parked inside the premises and attacked the complainant’s side after a verbal exchange.
