The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted regular bail to Harpreet Singh alias Heepa, who was booked in a narcotics case under the NDPS Act and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. The Court noted that the petitioner was named in secret information, but he was not found in the vehicle at the time of the raid and no contraband was recovered from his possession.
