P&H: Grants Bail to accused in murder case, custody of about 3 years and no specific role of causing any serious injury was attributed to accused
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted regular bail to Sucha Singh alias Mangu, who was facing trial in a firing case that later turned into a murder case after the injured victim died.
The case arose from FIR No. 49 dated 19 August 2023, registered at Police Station Kotli Surat Malhi, Batala, District Gurdaspur.
