The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted regular bail to Vikas Shrivastava in a cyber-fraud case involving alleged cheating of about Rs.70 lakh. Justice Virinder Aggarwal said the petitioner had already spent more than a year in custody, the investigation was complete, the challan had been filed, charges had been framed, and no prosecution witness had yet been examined.
