P&H: Grants Bail in Murder Case After Nearly Three Years in Custody, Only 1 out of 23 witness examined, Cites Delay in Trial
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted bail to Prem Singh, an undertrial accused in a murder case, after noting that he had spent more than two years and eleven months in custody and that the trial had made almost no progress.
