The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted anticipatory bail to Rahul Manchanda in a case arising out of an FIR registered at Police Station City Kharar, SAS Nagar. The case involved allegations of unlawful entry into a flat, assault, snatching of mobile phones, and taking away a Thar car.
