P&H: Grants Bail in Rs. 50 Lakh cheating Case, Cites Delay in Trial and Clean Antecedents.
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted regular bail to Shiv Kumar alias Deepu in a case involving alleged defalcation of about Rs. 50 lakh. The Court noted that the petitioner had already spent over four months in custody, the investigation was complete, and the challan had been filed.
