P&H: Grants Bail to Accused of Impersonating Surety in Bail Case

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted regular bail to Amit, who was accused of impersonating another person while appearing as a surety in a bail matter and of submitting forged documents.

Justice Jasjit Singh Bedi noted that Amit had been in custody since 9 October 2025, but only 3 of the 10 prosecution witnesses had been examined. The Court observed that the trial was unlikely to conclude soon.
