P&H: Grants Bail to Woman Accused of Conspiring in Murder, Citing Long Custody and Delay in Trial.
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted regular bail to Nirmla @ Nirmala, who was accused in a murder conspiracy case arising out of FIR No. 116 of 2022 registered at Gannuar police station in Sonipat district.
The prosecution case was that the victim, Anil, was allegedly abducted and murdered by a group of accused persons after a dispute linked to his alleged relationship with the petitioner. The police claimed that the petitioner had called the victim to the village bus stand as part of the conspiracy, after which he was abducted and killed.
