P&H: Rejects bail of accused husband of murdering wife in matrimonial home, period of incarceration and challan presented did not entitle accuse bail
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed the regular bail plea of Amrik Singh, who is facing trial in a murder case arising out of the death of his wife, Rajwinder Kaur. The Court said the allegations were serious and the circumstances did not justify his release on bail.
