P&H: Upholds conviction in rash and negligent driving of bus-truck accident case, declines to interfere with sentence already undergone
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed the conviction challenge in a 1998 road accident case arising out of a bus-truck collision near Panipat, while also declining to interfere with the sentence because the appellant had already undergone the term imposed by the trial court.
