P&H: NDPS re-arrest investigating agency was not required to intimate the grounds of re-arrest
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed two criminal writ petitions filed by Ravinder Singh and Sajan Singh challenging an order that permitted the investigating agency to re-arrest them in an NDPS case.
The petitioners were facing FIR No. 29 dated 09.02.2026 registered under Sections 21-C and 27 of the NDPS Act at Police Station ANTF, Sector 79, District SAS Nagar.
